C. THE CONFERENCE OF COMMITTEES’ BUREAUX a. The Conference of Committees’ Bureaux shall be composed of the Bureau, Chairmen and 1% Rapporteurs of the Standing Committees, and the Chairmen of Parliamentary groups. b. The Conference shall: i Be the organ collectively; of Parliament that shall represent all Committees ii Adopt the preliminary draft agenda of the Session proposed by the Bureau; iii Shall consider the draft annual work plan of the Parliament iv Shall organize the work-plans of the Standing Committees in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of Parliament and the terms of reference of the Committees; c. The Speaker shall convene and chair the Conference of Committees’ Bureaux. D. THE STANDING COMMITTEES OF PARLIAMENT Parliament may in order to facilitate its work establish Standing Committees.
