Article 25. DECISION-MAKING BODIES AND ORGANS OF
PARLIAMENT
The decision-making bodies and organs of the Parliament are:
a. The Plenary;
b. The Bureau of Parliament;
c. The Conference of Committees’ Bureaux;
d. The Standing Committees of Parliament;
e. Parliamentary Groups.
A. THE PLENARY
The Plenary shall be the highest body of the Parliament. Its decisions shall
be binding on other structures of the Parliament and the Representatives.
