- - Adjudges that the Burkina Faso Electoral Code as amended by Law No. 005-2015/CNT of 7 April 2015, is a violation of the right to free participation in elections; Orders Burkina Faso therefore to remove all the hindrances to the participation in elections, resulting from the said amendment; Asks Burkina Faso to bear the costs.
