VII. COSTS 56. In accordance with Rule 30 of its Rules "Unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs". 57. Having taken the circumstances of the instant case into account, the Court decides that each Party shall bear its own costs. 58. For these reasons, THE COURT Unanimously i) Declares that it has jurisdiction to hear this matter; ii) Upholds the Respondent's objection regarding the inadmissibility of the Application for failure to exhaust the local remedies; iii) Declares the Application inadmissible; iv) Rules that each Party shall bear its own costs.
