A DECLARATION
that the Republic of Sierra Leone is legally
responsible for the violation of her rights to dignity and not to be
subjected to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment under Article 5 of
the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, Article 3 of the
Maputo Protocol and Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil
and Political Rights.
