Institutional Structure and Staffing 8.1 The office of the chairperson of the organ 8.1.1 The task of chairing the Organ entails financial commitments that ought not to be borne solely by the chairing Member State. It is against this background that provisions should be put in place to ensure that resources are available to meet these obligations. 8.1.2 The Office of the Chairperson is hereby established and shall be staffed by two (2) assistants to be drawn from nationals of the Member State chairing the Organ.
