within which he can apply for an additional judgment in Case No.
ECW/CCJ/APP/27/17, between SUNDAY CHARLES UGWUABA vs.
REPUBLIC OF SENEGAL, in which a judgment was rendered on June 28,
2019, and praying the Court to supplement the judgment rendered in the
aforementioned proceedings by mandating the Respondent to pay the
Applicant general compensation for violation of the fundamental right to
freedom of movement of persons, goods and services, taking into
