Decision of The African Commission 72. Based on the above analysis, the African Commission on Human and Peoples‟ Rights decides: i. To declare the Communication Inadmissible because it does not comply with the requirements under Article 56 (5) of the African Charter; ii. To give notice of this decision to the parties; iii.
