vii) f) The Technical Committee on Certification and Accreditation which shall consist of one represen tative from each Member State in at least one of each of the following categories:i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi) vii) viii) g) co-operating partners who assist with scholarships shall be represented as observers, and the general function of the Committee shall be to deal with matters concerning the setting up, operations and management of the Training Fund as agreed under this Protocol. Ministry official responsible for Basic Education; Ministry official responsible for Intermediate Education; Ministry official responsible for Higher Education and Training; Ministry official responsible for Distance Education; Ministry official responsible for Scholarships or Bursaries; Higher Education Council or equivalent organization; Examinations Councils; Accreditation Boards/Councils. The Technical Committee on Distance Education which shall consist of one representative from each Member State in at least one of each of the following categories:i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi) vii) Ministry official responsible for Distance Education; Higher Education Council or equivalent organisation; Distance Education association; Non-Governmental organisations engaged in Distance Education; Private sector; Private Distance Education Institutions association; Student organisations, and the general function of the Committee shall be to deal with matters of cooperation as agreed under this Protocol in the area of Distance Education. 2.
