X. COSTS 198. The Applicant requests that the Respondent State bear the costs of the proceedings. 199. The Respondent State did not submit on this request. *** 200. Under Article 32(2) of the Rules,51 “[u]nless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any.” *** 201. The Court finds that there is nothing in the circumstances of the present case to warrant a departure from that principle. 202. The Court therefore orders that that each Party bear its own costs. XI.
