engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth in the Declaration. 20. Without mentioning any particular provision, the Applicants also allege that the brutality and humiliation they endured at the hands of the police is also a violation of the Declaration. 7A In its Response dated 6 March Applicants’ 2013, the Respondent claim that it has violated their rights.
