IX. COSTS 105. Neither party submitted on costs. *** 106. Under Rule 32(2) of the Rules,32 “[u]nless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any”. 107. The Court notes that nothing in the circumstances of the instant case warrants a departure from this rule. Accordingly, the Court decides that each Party shall bear its own costs. X.
