115. Pursuant to Rule 30 of the Rules “Unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs.” 116. Dismisses the objection to the Court’s jurisdiction; | Declares that it has jurisdiction. On admissibility iii. | Dismisses the objections to the admissibility of the Application; iv. Holds that the Respondent State has not violated the Applicant's right under Article 7(1)(c) of the Charter to be heard and defend himself. vi.
