2 Functions The Bureau shall have the following functions: a. Propose the preliminary draft agenda, and all draft programmes or business of the Sessions, to the Conference of Committee Bureaux, taking into account the approved Community programmes; Authorize meetings, Committees; hearings, fact-finding and study tours of Determine with the assistance of the Committee of Selection, the composition of the Standing Committees.
