2 THE APPLICANT’S ARGUMENT AND PLEAS IN LAW.
In an attempt to prove their case, the Applicants argued as follows:
1. That Nigeria accepts and enforces international customary law regarding
the well-established legal Maxim “Ubi jus ibi remedium”. ie where there is
