Article 7 Registry of the Court The Registrar of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights shall remain in office until the appointment of a new Registrar for the African Court of Justice and Human and Peoples’ Rights. The staff of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights shall be absorbed into the Registry of the African Court of Justice and Human and Peoples’ Rights, for the remainder of their subsisting contracts of employment.
