Enforcement of fines and forfeiture measures
A
States Parties shall give effect to fines or forfeitures ordered by the Court
without prejudice to the rights of bona fide third parties, and in accordance
with the procedure provided for in their national law.
2:
If a State Party is unable to give effect to an order for forfeiture, it shall
take measures to recover the value of the proceeds, property or assets
ordered by the Court to be forfeited, without prejudice to the rights of bona
fide third parties.

The

shall determine
in its Rules
how
real or movable
property
obtained by a State as a result of its enforcement of a judgment or order
may be dealt with.
Article 46K
Pardon or Commutation of Sentences
If, pursuant to the applicable law of the State in which the convicted person is
imprisoned, he or she is eligible for pardon or commutation of sentence, the State
concerned shall notify the Court accordingly. There shall only be pardon or
commutation of sentence if the Court so decides on the basis of the interests of
justice and the general principles of law.
