The Court shall deliver its advisory opinion in open court, notice having been given to

In the exercise of its advisory functions, the Court shall further be guided by the
provisions of the present Statute which apply in contentious cases to the extent to which
it recognizes them to be applicable.

Annual Activity Report
The Court shall submit to the Assembly, an annual report on its work during the previous
year. The report shall specify, in particular, the cases in which a party has not complied
with the judgment of the Court.
