VIII. COSTS 52. None of the Parties made any submissions on costs. *** 53. The Court recalls that under Rule 32(2)10 of its Rules, “unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs”. 54. The Court considers that there is no need, in the instant case, to depart from those provisions. It therefore decides that each Party shall bear its own costs. IX. OPERATIVE PART 55.
