47. The Court finds that, having followed a different procedure, the Applicants did not exhaust local remedies. 48. The Court reiterates that as the admissibility requirements are cumulative, the Application is inadmissible if one of them is not met. In the present case, as the requirement of exhaustion of local remedies is not met, the Court considers that there is no need to rule on the other admissibility requirements in line with Rules 50(2)(f) and 50(2)(g) of the rules. 49. Accordingly, the Court declares the Application inadmissible. VIII. COSTS 50. The Court notes that the Applicants did not make any submission on costs. 51. Pursuant to Rule 32 (2) of the Rules, except otherwise stated by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs. 52. The Court finds that in the instant case there is no reason to depart from this provision, accordingly, orders that each party shall bear its own costs. IX. OPERATIVE PART 53.
