Member States shall in particular formulate and take available measures to enforce positive mechanisms to support the implementation of the provisions of this Annex. ARTICLE 16 Regulations The Committee of Ministers responsible for Trade, in the Member States shall adopt regulations to facilitate the implementation of this Annex, in consultation with other relevant Ministers (Agriculture/Fisheries and Health).
