under Article Democracy, 3(7), Article 3(8) and Article Elections and Governance; 13 of the African Charter on nor with its obligation to ensure that the electoral body has the confidence of all the political actors as prescribed by Article 3 of the Economic Community of West African States Protocol on Democracy and Good Governance supplementary to the Protocol relating to the Mechanism Peacekeeping for Conflict and Security. Prevention, The Management, Resolution, Court therefore finds a violation of those provisions with respect to the absence process of nomination of members of a mechanism to ensure that the of the electoral body by political parties, especially opposition parties, as well as civil society organisations, are driven by those entities. On Reparations: x. Orders the Respondent State to take the necessary measures before any election to ensure that new Bureau elections, based on the new composition of the electoral body, are organised at the Local levels; xi. Orders the Respondent State to take the necessary election to ensure that the process of nomination measures of members before any of the electoral body by political parties, especially opposition parties, as well as civil society organisations are driven by those entities, based on pre-determined criteria, with the authority to organise themselves, consult, hold elections as necessary, and submit the required nominees; xii. | Orders the Respondent State to report to the Court on the measures taken in respect of paragraphs x and xi within three (3) months from the date of notification of this Judgment, and thereafter, every six (6) months until the Court considers that there has been full implementation thereof.
