Ensure that disadvantaged and marginalised farmers, including women farmers, have equitable access to water and water management systems, including sustainable rain harvesting and irrigation technology. u. Ensure that there is adequate access to water for subsistence farming and for securing the livelihoods of peoples, including indigenous communities/populations. v. Ensure that imprisoned and detained persons have access to sufficient, safe and acceptable water and sanitation. In addition to sufficient water prisoners and detainees should be allowed to bath every day and should be provided with soap, sheets, and detergents for clothes.
