XIV – OPERATIVE CLAUSE 74. For these reasons, the Court held a public hearing and having heard both parties: With regards to the form: i. Declares that it entertains jurisdiction to examine the applications submitted for its consideration. ii. Declares the application admissible. As to merit: iii. Declares the Applicant’s claim unfounded and consequently dismisses it. On the costs: iv.
