b)
The Technical Committee on Intermediate Education and Training which shall consist of one
representative from each Member State in at least one of each of the following categories:-
i)
ii)
iii)
iv)
v)
vi)
Ministry official responsible for Intermediate Education;
Vocational education teacher educator;
teacher educator;
teacher organisations;
private sector;
student organisations,
and the general function of the Committee shall be to deal with matters of co-operation as agreed under
this Protocol in the area of Intermediate Education and Training.
c)
The Technical Committee on Higher Education and Training and Research and Development
which shall consist of one representative from each Member State in at least one of each of the
following categories:i)
ii)
iii)
iv)
v)
Ministry official responsible for Higher Education and Training;
technical or research institutions;
higher education council or equivalent organisation;
private sector;
student organisations
and the general function of the Committee shall be to deal with matters of co-operation as agreed under
this Protocol in the area of Higher Education and Training and Research and Development.
d)
The Technical Committee on Life-long Education and Training which shall consist of one representative each per Member State in at least one of each of the following categories:i)
ii)
iii)
iv)
v)
Ministry official responsible for adult education;
management development and training institutions;
non-governmental organisations with a key stake in Life-long Education and Training;
private sector;
student organisations,
and the general function of the Committee shall be to deal with matters of co-operation as agreed under
this Protocol in the area of life long education and training.
e)
The Technical Committee on the Training Fund which shall consist of one representative from
each Member State in at least one of each of the following categories:i)
ii)
iii)
iv)
v)
vi)
Ministry official responsible for Scholarships or Bursaries;
Ministry official responsible for Intermediate Education and Training;
Ministty official responsible for Higher Education and Training and Research and Development;
private sector;
non-governmental organisations who provide scholarships;
student organisations;
