ARTICLE 45
BUDGET
The budget of the Tribunal shall be funded through the regular annual budget of
SADC and from such other sources as may be determined by the Council, based
on a three (3) year work-plan prepared by the Registrar.
ARTICLE 46

Unless the Tribunal decides otherwise, proceedings before the Tribunal shall
be free of charge.

Where

FEES

of SADC may be prescribed by the Rules.
