134. Considering the circumstances of this case, the Court decides that each Party
shall bear its own costs.

135. For these reasons,
THE COURT,
Unanimously:

Dismisses the objection to the Court's jurisdiction;

Declares that it has jurisdiction;

Dismisses the objection to the admissibility of the Application;

Declares that the Application is admissible;

Hotds that the Respondent State has violated Article 6(b) of
the Maputo Protocol, and Articles 2 and 21 of the African
Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, on the
minimum age for marriage;

Hotds that the Respondent State has violated Article
6 (a) of
the Maputo Protocol and Article 16 (1) (b) of the Convention
on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against
Women on the right to consent to marriage;

Hotds that the Respondent State has violated Article 21 (1) and
(2) of the Maputo Protocol, and Article 3 of the African Charter
on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, on the right to inheritance
for women and children born out of wedlock;
