134. Considering the circumstances of this case, the Court decides that each Party shall bear its own costs. X. OPERATIVE PART 135. For these reasons, THE COURT, Unanimously: i. Dismisses the objection to the Court's jurisdiction; ll. Declares that it has jurisdiction; iii. Dismisses the objection to the admissibility of the Application; iv.
