Finds that the Respondent State did not violate the right to equal protection of the law, protected under Article 3(2) of the Charter with regard to the Supreme Court of Appeal’s emphasis on procedural compliance concerning the registration of voters; iv. Finds that the Respondent State did not violate the Applicants’ right to have their cause heard, protected under Article 7(1) of the Charter by the Supreme Court of Appeal’s denial to grant the extension of time to file additional documents; v. Finds that the Respondent State did not violate the Applicants’ right to an effective remedy, protected under Article 7(1)(a) of the Charter, owing to the Supreme Court of Appeal’s reconsidering of evidence adduced in the High Court; vi. Finds that the Respondent State did not violate the Applicants’ right to free participation in the government and public affairs in their country, protected under Article 13(1) of the Charter.
