IX. COSTS 95. None of the Parties submitted on costs. *** 96. Rule 32(2) of the Rules33 provides: “Unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs.” 97. In the circumstances of the present Application, the Court does not deem it necessary to depart from the above provisions. The Court therefore decides that each party shall bear its own costs. X.
