X. COSTS 137. The Parties do not make any submissions regarding costs. *** 138. The Court notes that Rule 32(2) of the Rules provides that “unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any.”27 139. The Court considers that in the instant case, there is no reason for it to depart from that provision. Accordingly, it decides that each Party shall bear its own costs. XI. OPERATIVE PART 140.
