ARTICLE 7 RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT Member States shall promote market research and participation in international conferences and meetings for the purposes of: a) ensuring that they take advantage of the provisions of international trade arrangements, inter alia GSP, the Lome Convention and the WTO; b) developing well articulated and coordinated community positions in international negotiations. ARTICLE 8 REGULATIONS CMT shall adopt regulations for the implementation of this Annex.
