Holds that the Respondent State has violated the right to dignity under Article 5 of the Charter as well as the freedom from torture, degrading and inhumane treatment under Article 5 of the Charter and 7 of the ICCPR by failing to protect PWA from attacks and persecution occasioned on account of their albinism; x.
