. Shall be involved in the enactment of all Community Acts relating to
ECOWAS Economic and Monetary integration policies or the Treaty;
. Shall be involved in the adoption of the Community Budget in the
manner provided in Article 17 of this Supplementary Act;
. Shall exercise Parliamentary oversight functions over the activities of
programme implementing bodies of the Community and adopt the
appropriate Resolution;
. May
consider
issues relating
any
matter
concerning
the
Community,
in particular
to Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and make
recommendations to the Institutions and Organs of the Community. In
this regard, it may constitute committees of enquiry and may mediate
on the matter;
. Shall be consulted on any issue concerning the Community except
those referred to in Article 10 of this Supplementary Act; the nature of
