Article 33. QUESTIONS TO COUNCIL AND THE COMMISSION
A Representative may submit a written or oral question to Council or the
Commission. He/She may also present topical questions. The modalities
for the presentation of questions shall be as provided in the Rules of
Procedure of Parliament.
Article 34. PUBLIC ATTENDANCE & PUBLICATION OF DEBATES
Debates
in the Parliament shall be open to the public unless otherwise
directed by the Speaker. A verbatim report of the proceedings shall be
published in the official Journal of the Community. A summary report of
the proceedings shall also be published in the National Gazette of each
Member State.
Article 35. INTERPELLATIONS
When Parliament observes any form of dysfunction in the performance of
the tasks ee
