IX. COSTS 164. Each Party prays the Court to order that the other Party should bear the costs. *** 165. The Court observes that rule 32(2) provides that “unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any.” 166. The Court finds no justification for departing from the above provision in the circumstances of the case and, therefore, Rules that each Party shall bear its own costs. X. OPERATIVE PART 167. For these reasons: THE COURT, Unanimously, On jurisdiction i. Dismisses the objection to its material jurisdiction; ii. Declares that it has jurisdiction. On admissibility iii.
