Article 23 Annual Activity Report Article 57 of the Statute (Annual Activity Report) is deleted and substituted with the following: “The Court shall submit to the Assembly an annual report on its work during the previous year. The report shall specify, in particular, the pending and concluded investigations, prosecutions and decisions and the cases in which a party has not complied with the judgment, sentence, order or penalty of the Court.”
