46. The Court notes that under Rule 32(2) of its Rules, “[u]nless the Court decides otherwise, each party shall bear its own costs”. 47. The Court considers that there is no reason in the present case to depart from the principle laid down by this provision. The Court therefore orders that each party shall bear its own costs. IX.
