Procedure 7. By a letter dated 25 July 2013, the Applicant filed his submissions on compensation and reparations pursuant to the Court's Judgment of 14 June 2013 which granted his Application, that the United Republic of Tanzania had violated his right to participate in public affairs, his right to freedom of association, and the right not to be discriminated against.
