12 The Executive Council may delegate any of its powers and functions mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article to the Specialized Technical Committees established under Article 14 of this Act. Article 14 The Specialized Technical Committees Establishment and Composition There is hereby established the following Specialized Committees, which shall be responsible to the Council: (a) The Committee Matters; (b) |The Committee on Monetary and Financial Affairs; (c) The Committee Matters; on Trade, (d) The on Industry, Committee Energy, Natural on Rural Resources on Economy Customs Science and Technical Executive Agricultural and Immigration and Technology, and Environment; (e) The Committee Tourism; (f) |The Committee on Health, Labour and Social Affairs; and (g) The Committee Resources. on Transport, Education, Communications Culture and and Human The Assembly shall, whenever it deems appropriate, restructure the existing Committees or establish other Committees. The Specialized Technical Committees shall be composed of Ministers or senior officials responsible for sectors falling within their respective areas of competence.
