The Government transmitted two communications dated 13 June and 7 September 2012 concerning the outstanding case. 4. In the first communication, the Government transmitted a copy of a judicial decision issued by the Basic Court of Skopje, transmitted officially to the Government of Albania from the Government of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, in its original language. The Working Group requested the Government to retransmit this communication in one of the six official UN languages. As a result, in the second communication, the Government transmitted an unofficial translation of the aforementioned judicial decision. 5.
