On merits v. Finds that the Respondent State has not violated the right to defence protected under Article 7(1)(c) of the Charter in relation to the conduct of the trial; vi. Finds that the Respondent State has not violated the right to a fair trial protected under Article 7 of the Charter in relation to the evidence relied upon to convict the Applicant. On reparations vii. Dismisses the prayer for reparations. On costs viii. Orders that each Party shall bear its own costs.
