i. A DECLARATION that the Republic of Sierra Leone has violated her
rights of access to justice under Articles 1 and 7(1)(a) of the African
Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights, Article 2(3) of the International
Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and Article 25 of the Maputo
Protocol.

A DECLARATION
that the Republic of Sierra Leone is legally
responsible for the violation of her right not to be subjected to
