175. The Respondent State prays that costs be borne by the Applicant. *** 176. The Court notes that Rule 32(2)41 of the Rules of Court provides that: “unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any”. 177. The Court notes that in the instant case, there is no reason to depart from this principle. Accordingly, the Court decides that each party shall bear its own costs. X. OPERATIVE PART 178. For these reasons: THE COURT, Unanimously, On jurisdiction i. Dismisses the objections to its jurisdiction; ii. Declares that it has jurisdiction. On admissibility 41 iii.
