SADC Resource Mobilisation Strategy The Resource Mobilisation Strategy outlines how the Secretariat will organise the processes of prioritising, planning, selecting projects, monitoring, broadening the resource channels as well as coordinating with Member States and ICPs for mobilising and effectively utilising resources. 2 OBJECTIVES OF THE RESOURCE MOBILISATION STRATEGY 2.1 Global Objective The overall objective of the SADC Resource Mobilisation Strategy is to ensure that there is a clear, systematic, predictable and well co-ordinated approach to soliciting, acquiring, and utilisation, management, reporting, monitoring, and evaluating assistance from International Cooperating Partners and for expanding the resource base to ensure sustainable resource availability for implementation of the SADC programmes in support of regional integration and Millennium Development Goals for the region. 8
