iii) Combating organised crime including drug trafficking, anti-money laundering and human traficking; iv) Post-Conflict reconstruction and social reintegration programmes; v) Mine Action Programmes; vi) HIV and AIDS programmes; vii) Small arms and light weapons control; viii) Drug trafficking control programmes; 7.4 ix) Joint training exercises; x) Food security; and xi) Other areas as may be decided by Summit; Budget and budget management 7.4.1 The Ministerial Committee of the Organ shall propose the budget to Council for approval. However, the present regulations governing the management of SADC budget should apply in the management of the budget of the Organ. The Ministerial Committee of the Organ is the competent authority to approve the allocation of the resources for the normal functioning of the Organ. 7.5 Auditing The regulations governing the auditing of SADC finances shall apply to the auditing of the finances of the Organ.
