Strategic Indicative Plan for the Organ (SIPO) 1. Introduction 1.1 The Declaration and the Treaty define the SADC vision as the SHARED FUTURE in an environment of peace, security and stability, regional cooperation and integration based on equity, mutual benefit and solidarity. 1.2 This vision needs to be appreciated within the context and historical processes and experiences of the region.
