As the Court reiterates in this Judgment, reimbursement of the costs of proceedings must be substantiated by evidence. 142.|n the instant case, the Court cannot order the reimbursement of lawyers' fees, the cost of administrative processing of documents, procedural deeds and their dispatch by DHL, for lack of justification of the said expenses.2a 143. ln view of the circumstances of this case, the Court decides that each party shall bear its own costs VII.
