36. The Court notes that under Rule 32(2) of the Rules “unless otherwise
decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any”.
37. The Court observes that in the instant case, there is no reason to depart
from this provision and accordingly decides that each Party shall bear its
own costs.
