ECOWAS still owes the separation allowances to Mrs. EDNENSA
MENDY in the sum of six million six hundred and forty-five thousand
six hundred and seventy-four, point sixty-nine FCFA (6,645,674.69);
86. Mr. MAIGA Abdoulawahidou:
87. He was recruited to serve ECOWAS Court as an Assistant Judge,
on 15th September, 2014, and completed his mission on 18th June,
2018 (Exhibit No. 9-b).
88. His rights are calculated and approved by all competent authorities
of the Institution in an amount of twenty-five million five hundred and
fifty-four thousand nine hundred and sixty-two FCFA (25,554,962)
(Exhibit No. 9a-c).
89. The said entitlements were paid to him with the exception of the
separation allowance;
90. He served the Court of Justice for three (3) years ten (10) months;
91. Mr. MAIGA Abdoulawahidou’s base salary is 1,977 UA (Exhibit
No. 9-c).
92. Mr. MAIGA Abdoulawahidou is claiming payment of the said
allowance, the amount of which corresponds to three months' salary,
i.e., five million five hundred thirty-two thousand one hundred ninetythree point sixty-three FCFA (5,532,193.63);
93. Mr Ghislain AGBOZO:
94. He was recruited as an Assistant Judge, in May 2009, and served
until October 31, 2013, i.e., four (4) years and 7 months in the service
of the Court of Justice (Exhibit No. 10-a).
