The Court observes that Rule 32(2) provides that “unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any.” 105. In the instant Application, the Court finds no justification for departing from the above provision in the circumstances of the case and, therefore, rules that each Party shall bear its own costs. X.
